Cancellation Policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Felice Fortino, support@airquest-studios.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).

If you withdraw from this contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day I receive the notification of your withdrawal. I will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction.

The right of withdrawal expires for contracts concerning the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if I have begun the performance of the contract with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
