Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Felice Fortino and customers regarding the purchase and use of the online course including digital templates via the respective course platform.

The contract covers access to a digital self-paced online course featuring pre-recorded videos and downloadable digital templates. Access is granted immediately after successful payment via the course platform.

The contract is concluded when the customer selects the offer on the course platform, enters the required data, and completes the payment process. Upon completion of payment, the customer receives access to the course.

Access to the online course and digital templates is provided immediately after successful completion of the payment process via the course platform.

Payment processing is carried out via the payment service provider Stripe. The payment methods offered there apply. Access to the course is granted only after successful payment.

All provided content and templates are protected by copyright and intended solely for the personal use of the customer. Redistribution, duplication, or commercial use of the content is prohibited.

The course is regularly updated. Personal consultations can be booked separately if needed.

Felice Fortino is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. For slight negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
No guarantee is given for any specific learning outcome or other success of the customers. The application of the course content and methods is at the sole responsibility of the participants.

Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. For digital content, this right expires if the customer explicitly agrees that the contract execution begins before the withdrawal period ends and confirms that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal (see cancellation policy).

German law applies. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
